# Brolift > Brolift is a free workout log for iPhone, made for lifting. You log sets, reps and weight at the rack; Brolift tracks your personal records and estimated one-rep max, and reads heart rate from Apple Health. There is no account. Workouts stay on your iPhone and sync through your own iCloud. Key facts: - Free on the App Store, with no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads. - iPhone only. Requires iOS 26 or later. - No account or sign-up. Workouts are stored on the iPhone and synced to the user's private iCloud database. - Reads heart rate, active energy and resting energy from Apple Health, with permission. It never writes to Apple Health. Heart rate needs a device that records it, such as Apple Watch. - Builds a workout from a one-sentence description, on device with Apple Intelligence. Needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence. - Estimated one-rep max (Epley formula) and max-weight charts for every exercise, over 3 months, 6 months, a year or all time. - Personal records by weight and by reps, with the date each was set. The tracker shows the reps needed for a new PR before you lift. - 1,081 built-in exercises, plus custom exercises. - Notes, RPE, photos and videos on workouts; planned workouts; body measurements. - Six themes (Iron, Ocean, Sunset, Forest, Blood, Mono) or a custom accent color. - Powerlifting mode adds RPE tracking, a rep max calculator and a squat, bench and deadlift total. - Weights are logged in pounds only; there is no kilogram setting.
